PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION
We have gathered a list of information that might be nice to know when coming to Villa.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast opening hours:
Monday to Friday 06:30–10:00
Saturday & Sunday 07.00-11.00
Our Villa Breakfast is homemade, using only the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. Our buffet has become a highlight for many of our guests, and will satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Sustainable in every sense, it allows you to dine with a clear conscience. Please note, that we have a variety of vegetarian and vegan options as well.

HOW TO GET TO VILLA
As we are really focused on minimizing our environmental footprint we urge everyone to arrive by train when coming to Villa if the possibility is there. Villa is located right next to Copenhagen Central Station and it takes only 15 minutes coming from or going to Copenhagen Airport. If you need transportation service we can of course provide this as well. For transportation arrangements please contact us on reservation@villacph.com.

PARKING YOUR CAR
At Villa we offer Valet Parking for DKK 500 per night. This is subject to availability and we recommend to pre-book with our Reservations department prior to arrival. Once confirmed, all you have to do is park your car temporarily on the right side of Villa when looking at the main entrance, at the small street next to the terrace of Kontrast (our Brasserie). Our staff in the front of house will take care of your keys, making the contract and park it for you in a safe parking space.

With the Strawberry App you have the possibility to check-in yourself prior to your arrival and even to unlock you room from the phone.

If you have any question regarding the app please feel free to reach out to us.
You are also welcome to check-in yourself using our self check-in stations or of course to have our reception check you in the classic way.
POOL & WELLNESS
Pool opening hours:
Sunday - Thursday
Pool & Sauna 07:00 - 22:00
Friday - Saturday
Pool & Sauna 07:00 - 23:00
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the pool-area after 19:00.
Our pool is available for guests only upon availability. To give the best experience possible it is required for all our guests in all room types to book a time-slot to use our pool and sauna. 60min per day per person is free of charge, you can book additional time at a fee. Our Fitness Room is free of charge for all inhouse guests, open 24/7, and there is no need to book a time to enter. Our Sauna is included for inhouse guests who book the Pool area.
Our pool is sustainably heated with excess heat from the hotel. This means that the temperature in the pool may vary between 28-30 degrees.
SUSTAINABLE SLIPPERS
As a part of the Villa manifesto for sustainable change and #consciousluxury, Villa has teamed up with an environmental fair-fashion footwear brand with shared ambitions for reducing our environmental footprint.
We don’t believe in single-use slippers and therefore offer you the opportunity to purchase a pair of sustainable and durable slippers. They are available for purchase during your stay.
You are also very welcome to bring your own slippers from home when staying at Villa Copenhagen.
Thank you for supporting the cause of limiting single-use amenities and reducing waste.
BRASSERIE KONTRAST
Book your dinner in our cosmopolitan Brasserie Kontrast prior to arrival or while staying at Villa. View the menu and book your table today through the Brasserie Kontrast website www.brasseriekontrast.dk. Or you can simply write us back in the pre-arrival text message. Any way you reach out to us, we will make sure that your request is being processed and a table will be waiting for you.

Sunday - Thursday: 17:30- 23:00 (Kitchen 22:00)
Friday - Saturday: 17:30-00:00 (Kitchen 22:00)
HAPPENINGS AT VILLA
Villa is much more than just a hotel. Every week we are hosting happenings and bringing in acts of many kinds.
