We are embracing and uniting the raw, quirky and more urban Vesterbro with the luxury and exclusivity that characterizes the inner city. This with inspiration from the surrounding gastronomic world. Dining at Villa will reflect different cultures and the diversity of Copenhagen - from the first sip to the last bite.

Local supply and zero food waste
Right here in central Copenhagen you'll find a little green wonder - our Hidden Garden. This is where flowers bloom, herbs are grown and our honey bees produce their tasty honey for Villa Copenhagen.
We work with local organic farmers and suppliers to make sure, that the food we serve at Villa Copenhagen is of the best quality. At the same time we want to limit food waste and use new technology to convert food waste into green energy.
