Rug Bakery introduces three handcrafted Fastelavn buns, available January 13th - February 16th, served in the bakery every day from 10:00 - until they’re gone (and trust us, they go fast).

Classic: Cardamom bun with marzipan filling, vanilla crème anglaise and chocolate ganache.

Semla: Cardamom bun filled with almond & marzipan cream, roasted almonds and cardamom whipped cream.

Maritozzo: Soft brioche with kumquat jam and blood orange cream.

Price: 55 DKK each.
